Why didn't you process my payment?

Common Reasons Credit Cards aren’t processed successfully:

Discover Card – We currently do not accept Discover
Resolution: Use a VISA, MasterCard, or American Express card to pay.

Typo in card number, expiration date, or CVV
Resolution: Double check card information to ensure it is entered correctly and submit again. See instructions below for submitting payment information again.

Billing Zip Code is incorrect
Resolution: The zip code entered into the Billing Address area should be the zip code your bank has on file for your card. This is the address where your statements are sent. 

Billing Address is Incorrect
Resolution: The Billing Address entered into the order should be the address your bank has on file for your card. This is the address where your statements are sent.

Insufficient Funds
Resolution: We charge the full amount of the order to your credit card when the order is placed. Check your account to ensure sufficient funds are currently available to process your order.

Card is Expired
Resolution:Verify the expiration date on your credit card as being current and that any replacement card has been activated with the issuer.
