Why can't I track my order with Purolator?

After you receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking, it can take 2-3 days for movement to show on Purolator.com. Why does this happen?

When the shipment is in transit from the US to the Canadian border, tracking may not be available. Once Purolator has possession of your package, it is scanned into their database. That is when you will start to see movement in tracking your package.
