Help, I missed my delivery!

There are times when Purolator will require a signature for delivery. If there is no one available to accept delivery, Purolator will hold the package for 5 days before it is deemed undeliverable. If you see this has happened to your package, please contact Purolator immediately at 1-888-744-7123.

What we often see is the package was received by someone else in your home or office. Remember to check with anyone (family members, neighbor, roommate) who may have received the package on your behalf.

We realize tracking may state the package was left at a front door. Sometimes the package is left on the front porch, in the screen door, in an open garage or behind furniture on your porch, or at a side door. Always check around the delivery location to see if the delivery was left somewhere concealed to avoid from being stolen.

Finally, If there is a leasing office or mail room in the building where you had the package shipped, please check there. For safety of your delivery, Purolator will often leave the package with an office so there is a recorded acknowledgement of the delivery.
