Regrettably, this does happen on occasion. Whether an item was damaged during processing or happened in transit, we will make it right.
Upon receipt of your order, open it immediately! Even if you bought the item in July as a Christmas gift, don't wait until December to inspect your order.
If you detect any damage to the book, contact Customer Care with the following information:
- Nature of the damage
- The overall condition of the package that held your order (wet, bent, cut)
- Photos of the damage help us to address any issues with our printer and / or carriers
Once we have the information, we will work on getting a replacement to you.
Depending on the timeframe needed, most orders can be replaced fairly quickly, however we can't always guarantee that will happen.
Our Customer Care Team is understanding and will work with you to make things right. We only ask for a bit of patience as we come-up with a viable resolution for last-minute errors.
